Willingham Social Club is a members only club. Membership applications can be made in personal at the club or by downloading a membership form below to complete and hand into the club.

You will need two current members to complete your form; one to propose you, and one to second you.

If you are new to the village or don't know any current members, you can still apply by stating this on the application form.

Membership costs:

Single: £20.00 per year.

Reduced rates (over 65): £10.00
